The Swiss Plated Dessert Championship was born from a conviction: restaurant pastry deserves the same spotlight as gourmet cuisine.

To showcase expert craftsmanship, too often hidden behind the scenes.

To unite the talents of the four linguistic regions to create a true culinary bridge.

To elevate plated dessert to the status of a national emblem.

How to participate?

(Ultra-simple, in 3 steps)

 

1. Download the application file

 

Click "Download application file" (button above).

You will receive a PDF file + a recipe card to fill out (Word / Google Doc).

 

2. Complete the recipe card.

 

Name of the dessert (max. 8 words).

A horizontal photo of your plate (+ any container).

Story: season, flavors, choice of ingredients, tasting tips.

Detailed recipes (min. 7, all prepared on the day).

Exact list of ingredients & quantities (< 120g per plate).

CV + full contact information.

 

3. Send by email before September 30, 2025 – 11:59 PM

Attachments: application + recipe sheet + photo (PDF format).

Keep the acknowledgment of receipt: your registration is then validated.
